No, you are welcome to stop in at any time during normal business hours! If you would like an exam with an optometrist, please schedule an appointment.

Any time designers upgrade their collection, so do we. We always keep up with the latest releases from each collection.

It is recommended to schedule your eye exam annually to keep up with your eye health and prescription renewals.

We carry trials of all major brands of contacts and our doctors fit prescription contact lenses based on the needs of each individual.

Contact lens exams must be scheduled within 90 days of your last comprehensive eye exam, if not done at the same time.

All follow ups are included in the initial contact lens fit/follow up copay.

We have a no refund return policy.

Exchanges may be accepted under the following circumstances:

 

While we cannot offer you a refund, we want you to be happy with your product. If you are unhappy with your frame selection, you may exchange your frame for equal value, or pay the difference for an upgrade, within 60 days of purchase.  Exchanges are allowed one time only.

For lens issues, labs offer a one-time remake on prescription lenses within 90 days of purchase.

 

For contact lenses, we can exchange unopened, unmarked, unexpired boxes purchased from our store.

Any balance remainders will be saved as a credit at Optix on Downer to be used on any future purchase.
